Got any good programs or guides on making glitch gifs?

don’t focus on the “gifs” part; find a glitch or bending technique that gives you good results, and from there it’s easy enough to make gifs out of your work. like i said last week there are really just three ways to make glitch gifs, and for two of them “make a gif” is basically just the last step.

there are lots of glitch tutorials out there to get started; here’s a good list.
